Why the name Ride45?

Good question. It’s simple, you ride for 45 minutes! – It’s all you need to see results in the way you look and feel.


Riding to the beat is a key part to the Ride45 experience. Each class has a new soundtrack tailored by our very own trainers whether it be pop, rock or a themed Abba evening we are sure you are going to love it.


This low impact workout tightens the core and tones the whole body whilst burning maximum calories, you will experience hill climbs, interval sprints whilst working up a sweat. Regardless of your current fitness levels this really is the workout that everyone can do.

I'm new help!

We recommend buying some professional cycle shoes, these clip into the bike and make the ride a whole lot more beneficial. (Talk to the trainer if you would like some tips on the best ones to buy) – You can also wear trainers if you prefer.

Cancellations must be made within three hours of your booked ride. This gives other riders on the waitlist a chance to book on.

Cancellations made in less than three hours will loose there credit.

Please use your mind body app or the website to cancel your ride.


You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled class or your spot may be given to a waitlisted client.
